September 24th, 2020

Paula Powell shares all the data from El Paso Animal Services in this presentation. Implementing the new model of animal sheltering, Human Animal Support Services, has made a huge impact, and El Paso’s numbers show it. Data nerds, get ready.

El Paso Animal Services saw a 77% decrease in euthanasia since delving into the HASS model. They’ve seen a 74% decrease in animals dying in their care, and 51% decrease in pet deaths both in the shelter and the community. That means that 2,146 less pets died. Hear more of these phenomenal numbers by watching this presentation.

Paula says it best…

“HASS enhances what we’re already doing.”
